Heather is an Occupational Therapist with numerous certifications including, but not limited to, manual work, KT Taping, edema management, and advanced cervical & upper extremity treatments. She has her Masters in Occupational Therapy, Bachelors in Science, and a minor in psychology.
Jordan graduated with his Physical Therapy Assistant degree. He is certified in Stretching & Flexibility, Fundamentals & Physiology of Flexibility, plus Advanced Application of Assisted Stretching Techniques & IASTM- Graston Technique.
Nick graduated with his bachelor’s of science degree as a health fitness specialist and his physical therapist assistant degree.
Alex is a personal trainer and a stretch practitioner. He has is ACE Personal Training certification along with being Stretch and Flexibility coach certified from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Jared has a strong passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals through bodywork therapy. With several years of experience, his qualifications include a Massage & Bodywork Therapy License and an Exercise Science Bachelor Degree from
Wingate University. He has also received advanced training in Functional Movement Screening (FMS), Medical Massage, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and Medicupping techniques.
Maggie is a graduate of Jonstons community College's Therapeutic Massage Program. She has a passion for helping others and seeing the accumulative positive changes in her clients. She specializes in trigger point therapy, stretching, deep tissue, and Swedish massage. She also has her Bachelors degree in Latin American Studies and Spanish.
Nicole is currently a third-year Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Campbell University and holds a B.S. in
Health Fitness Specialist from ECU. She finds joy in providing deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, cupping,
IASTM, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release.
