The American College of Sports Medicine recommends static stretching for at least 2 to 3 days per week with each stretch held 15-30 seconds and repeated 2 to 4 times.
Our methodology for stretching sessions are based off of evidence based research completing 3 sets with a 15-30 second prolonged stretch. The first set is a "light" stretch, second is a "moderate" stretch, and third set is an "deep" stretch-all controlled and monitored by our professional stretchers.
Intensity of stretch gradually increases each set to maintain a safe and controlled stretch while receiving optimal results.

Region of body stretched, intensity, frequency, and duration of stretches can be adjusted per client request and/or tolerance.
