Partner Training

Partner training at Bodies-n-Balance works in exactly the same way as Individual Training, with the addition of one component - a partner! Partner training allows you to cut expenses, and gives those needing it the added motivation to work as hard as they possibly can, whether the partner is a friend, spouse, or another Bodies-n-Balance client iwth similar fitness goals.

All Partner Programs include detailed meal plans, sample menus and periodic testing of strength, cardiovascular ability, weight, and body fat. Training schedules are pre-set by appointment and held at our studio. 

Partner Training with Denise Schaad:

  • (12) 1-hour sessions (2 times a week): $450 per person
  • (24) 1 hour sessions (2-3 times a week): $750 per person
  • (48) 1-hour sessions (2-3 times a week): $1300 per person
