Individual Training

One-on-one personal training programs at Bodies-n-Balance are comprehensive, and include coaching in three areas: exercise, nutrition and lifestyle. When these three components are intertwined in a balanced way, optimum fitness and overall health is possible. All Individual Programs include detailed meal plans, sample menus and periodic testing of strength, cardiovascular ability, weight, and body fat. Training schedules are pre-set by appointment and held at our studio. 

Individual Programs with Denise Schaad, CPT

  • (12) 1-hour sessions (2x/week): $700
  • (24) 1-hour sessions (2-3x/week): 1200.00
  • (48) 1-hour sessions (2-3x/week): 2000.00
  • 1-hour "a la carte" sessions are $65.00/hour

Individual Programs for very deconditioned/inactive

(10) 1/2 sessions (30 min.): $350.00
