Group Classes
Bodies-n-Balance, in addition to individual and partner training, offers a variety of group classes taught by our staff of certified personal trainers and instructors. All classes are held in our newly expanded suite (Studio B) at the Bodies-n-Balance studio, and kept small to ensure individualized attention. Group Training with Denise: Limited to 4 - 6 persons per group to ensure individualized attention and instruction. Participants must have completed a 12-session individual program with Denise to be eligible for group training; group members will have similar goals and abilities. Meets: 2 times per week Cost: $200/month
Body Sculpting with Suzy: Body Sculpting classes are challenging, high-energy workouts involving brisk sequences of toning and strengthening exercises that sculpt muscles and improve cardiovascular capacity, endurance, and flexibility. Classes are designed for those with a good to superior level of physical fitness. Try out the first class for free—no obligation!

Bellydancing with Sonya: Tribal Fusion Bellydance class led by Sonya from the Kundalini Bellydance Tribe is designed for any skill level.

Fit Kids: This afterschool cross-country running program for 5th - 8th graders is designed to teach kids the importance and rewards of living a healthy, active lifestyle and includes nutritional coaching. Classes include warm-up activities, stretching, non-competitive walking and running workouts and cool-down journaling time for tracking progress.

Boot Camp with Jessica: This 8-week group class is high intensity, and focuses on head-to-toe body fitness, including weight loss, increased muscle mass and endurance, agility and flexibility. Nutritional coaching is also incorporated, with tips and resources for developing long-term healthy eating habits. "Before and after" measurements are assessed. Kripalu Yoga with Candace: For body, mind and spirit, Kripalu Yoga begins with warm-up movements and breath awareness, then transitions to a sequence of Yoga postures that stretch, strengthen and balance your body.
