Beth Sands completed Leslie Sansone's Walk Leader Certification in April 2011. Prior to that, she was a devoted participant of the program for more than six years. An avid walker, Sands has walked to stay fit her entire life and has found it especially helpful to counteract a mild scoliosis condition. Sands lifetime commitment to walking stems from her belief that it is everything she needs "in one workout: aerobic activity, flexibility work and total body conditioning."
